The great chef Sergio Herman is a perfectionist at heart. When he designs a wine cooler for his Surface tableware collection, every detail matters. Naturally, the piece must serve the purpose for which it was created, namely keeping wine deliciously chilled for as long as possible. That is why he chose aluminium, as this metal is perfect for the freezer and stays cold for a long time. The wine cooler has two compartments: one for the bottle and one for extra ice. It comes with a tray that collects condensation, so the table surface stays dry. It also boasts a special finish: the irregularity of the cast aluminium invites you to touch the wine cooler and reflects its traditional craftsmanship.
