Designed in 1960, the Moon pendant lamp is one of Verner Panton's first creations in the field of lighting. This iconic pendant is characterized by its fan shape, composed of ten annular slats perfectly positioned to diffuse a soft, subdued and glare-free light. The slats reflect and filter the light, and the pendant changes appearance depending on the viewing angle.
The new version of the Moon Opal pendant by Panton, now in translucent white acrylic, gives the lamp a warm, soft and poetic glow. A new interpretation of an iconic piece.
