The Leaf shelf from Form & Refine is the result of an effort to créer a shelving system that offers a balance unique between aesthetics, stability and ease of storage. It is characterized by a very pure aesthetic, the objective being that the pillars of the legs are the center of attention. With their organic and pure expression - they are shaped like a leaf and are a real eye-catcher. The construction itself is innovative in its stability. It is regular, with no visible screws or extra parts on the back of the shelf. This gives an impression of lightness.

The shelf Leaf is part of the Form & Refine OffCuts line, in which leftovers and materials discarded by various industries, have been reused for créer new, high-quality recycled products with environmental value.

Designer: Finnish-born designer Jonas Lutz began studying design in Turku, Finland, and continued his studies à la famous Linköping University, Carl Malmsten Furniture Studies, in the suburb of Stockholm, Sweden. Lutz creates objects of bold and ingenious simplicity that invite you to touch them. The foundation of his language is a deep understanding of the qualities of materials and the production process. Elegant solutions can be seen in most of his pieces that intersect to form a unity, projecting both subtlety and strength. Jonas finds inspiration in the Nordic furniture traditions, as well as in the vibrant design culture of his adopted city, Rotterdam.
