Care : Daily care: Vacuum your rug at least once a week to remove dust and dirt. Avoid using vacuum cleaners with rotating brushes as much as possible. Over time, this can cause the wool fibres to become damaged more easily. If a stain occurs: dampen the stain with lukewarm water and blot it with a cloth. Repeat this process until the stain has disappeared. Be careful not to use too much water, as this could damage the rug. For more stubborn stains (such as coffee or red wine), take your rug to a professional. They will come to your home with a shampooing machine and use specialised solvents to remove even the most stubborn stains. Make sure to tell them that the rug pile is made of New Zealand wool.
