Black String furniture Shelving

The String furniture shelving units in black bring together 49 references that capture the essence of Scandinavian design: restraint, modularity and longevity. Founded in Sweden in 1949 on a principle invented by Nisse Strinning, String furniture laid the foundations of the modular shelving system as we know it today. Two ladder-shaped metal side panels receive shelves, cabinets and accessories, offering a fully customisable configuration. The black finish gives each arrangement a strong character, equally at home in a study, a living room or an entryway. Dimensions vary to suit every room size, from the compact String Pocket format to generous wall-spanning compositions. This colour pairs beautifully with light wood materials, a graphic combination highly sought after in contemporary interiors.
