Creating a simple mirror that offers a little more – such was the ambition of Spanish design studio Javier Moreno Studio, creator of Flip. Flip takes its inspiration from the traditional dressing table, where you can check your appearance in the mirror while keeping all those small items it's handy to have close by before leaving the house.

Javier Moreno Studio says: "Generally, a mirror has only one function, but I wanted to design a mirror that could offer more. You usually look at yourself in the mirror just before leaving the house, so why not let it be the place where you keep the last things you use to get ready, or that you need to remember just before you go?"

Javier Moreno Studio consciously avoided a geometric design for Flip. They preferred to use a freer, more organic shape for the mirror. The softness of the silhouette contrasts with the glass and steel materials and gives Flip a friendly, welcoming expression. Place Flip on a chest of drawers in the hallway or use it as a make-up mirror in the bedroom.
