SJOSTRAND

Scandinavian coffee: a blend of timeless design and a commitment to sustainability

Founded in Stockholm in 2011, Sjöstrand is reinventing the world of coffee by combining Scandinavian design, high-quality extraction and a commitment to the environment. Inspired by Italian espresso machines, the brand develops coffee machines and capsules designed to last, where every detail combines elegance, functionality and sustainability.

The story of Sjöstrand began with a simple aim: to offer a more sustainable alternative to traditional capsule machines, without compromising on design or the quality of the coffee. Founded in Sweden, the brand is on a mission to transform the daily coffee ritual into an experience that is as aesthetically pleasing as it is environmentally responsible.

Inspired by the iconic lines of Italian espresso machines and the principles of Scandinavian design, Sjöstrand machines stand out for their sleek silhouette and stainless steel construction. Designed to stand the test of time, they prioritise robust materials and durable components to offer a long-lasting alternative to plastic appliances.

Environmental commitment lies at the heart of the brand’s approach. The compatible capsules are made from compostable plant-based fibres and contain organic, fair-trade coffee. Every stage, from the choice of materials to product design, is aimed at reducing the environmental impact whilst ensuring an excellent coffee experience.

Designed to fit naturally into the kitchen, Sjöstrand products celebrate a lifestyle in which simplicity, quality and sustainability blend harmoniously. The collections reflect a contemporary vision of design: everyday objects designed to be used, enjoyed and treasured for many years to come.
