Midgard

"Through our actions and decisions, we aim to raise awareness of the importance of sustainability through design. "

According to Midgard, it is the responsibility of designers and manufacturers to adopt a fresh and responsible approach to product design. Modern manufacturers must offer consumers sustainable solutions that are as flexible as possible.

Midgard’s first lamp designs naturally adhere to the principles of sustainability. Midgard lamps are characterised by their superior functionality and quality, and are designed to last a lifetime – or even longer. They are often passed down from generation to generation as they are regarded as design classics.

Most Midgard lamps are covered by patents that guarantee a lifetime of use, such as the Midgard Modular’s patented, maintenance-free joints.

They are manufactured entirely in Germany using original tools. The company works with local suppliers, some of whom it has been working with since Midgard’s inception.
