Brian Sironi

Brian Sironi was born in Seregno (MI) in 1977. He graduated in Industrial Design from the Polytechnic University of Milan and continued his training by working alongside architects and designers. His training took place in the heart of Brianza, where he came into contact with various professionals working in the field of system design: cabinetmakers, blacksmiths, woodcarvers and upholsterers. He has a background in both craftsmanship and academia, with deep roots in the local area forming an integral part of his identity as an Italian and cosmopolitan designer. He went on to further his career in the United States and, on his return, founded the Brian Sironi Studio, working primarily in the field of product design but also in furniture and interior design. As a designer, his focus is on the relationship between the object and the user, and between the form and function of the product, whilst prioritising the pursuit of purity of form.
